I Visa - Journalists and Other Members of the Media Representatives of the foreign media travelling on assignment to the United States may qualify for an I visa. They are not eligible to travel visa free under the Visa Waiver Program or enter the United States on B-1 business visas. Freelance journalists will only be issued an I visa if they are under contract to a media organization. |
