From 12 January 2009, all visitors to the US using the Visa Waiver Program must obtain an electronic travel authorisation under the Electronic System for Travel Authorization.  See the link to ESTA on the left of this page for further details and links to the ESTA website. 

From 17 November 2008, nationals of the following countries may be eligible to participate in the Visa Waiver Program: Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia and the Republic of Korea.  Nationals of these countries must obtain an electronic travel authorisation under the Electronic System for Travel Authorization and must otherwise be eligible to travel visa free to the US.  Please see our FAQs page for more details.
